idle/idō uses FedEx, POSLAJU or SF Express for most of the international shipments. All charges/Price of items are in USD.
In rare cases, we may use other services if the locations of delivery are deemed unreachable in FedEx & POSLAJU or SF Express' territory.
We only use trackable shipment services.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 days of purchase. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking reference number via email. Shipping rates will vary according to weight and final destination. We are not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. We will NOT be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
We currently offer FREE shipping for all orders from Malaysia.
To be eligible for a return, you must present evidence of defect to us so we could replace you with a brand new product. We hold the rights to determine if the product is faulty after inspection. It must also be in the original packaging.
Our return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service to ensure the whereabouts of the package.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a week.
EXCHANGE (IF APPLICABLE)
